C2C Foundations is the back-office arm of Coast to Coast Homes Canada, a boutique real estate investment firm with projects across the country.
The story
Post-it notes and scattered spreadsheets.
We were running so fast picking up duplexes and apartment buildings that when we stopped and looked around, all we found were post-it notes and scattered spreadsheets. We had built a portfolio. The business underneath it still needed building.
So we stopped, and built the foundation under Coast to Coast Homes: the administrative system that now carries roughly 150 doors across four provinces. C2C Foundations exists so other Canadian operators can build on the same one.

Colin built and ran the back office through 150 doors' worth of growth. Every check in the system exists because he needed it first.
