Privacy Policy.
C2C Foundations, a division of Coast to Coast Homes Canada, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.
What we collect
- Newsletter signups: your first name and email address, used to send The Weekly Install and nothing else.
- Core Install intake: the business details you share in the intake form, used to assess and deliver the service.
- Website analytics: anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, general region). No advertising trackers.
The Core Install and your Google account
The Core Install operates inside your own Google Workspace. Access is limited to what the system needs to identify, file, and categorize your business documents. Your data stays within Google's infrastructure: it is never copied to third-party storage. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings, and revoking access stops the system immediately.
How we use your information
To deliver the services you asked for, to send the newsletter you subscribed to, and to respond when you contact us. We never sell or rent your information.
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we'll take care of it.
