The Core Install is a done-for-you technical installation. A proven, standardized system built directly into your Google Workspace, trained on your specific vendor patterns, and handed over fully operational. We do the installing. It runs every day after that.
It's standardized for durability, which is exactly why it works. It starts managing your paperwork from install day forward, and it keeps working at the size you're at now and the size you're headed for.

What does the Core Install cost?

How long does it take?
Five weeks from intake to system autonomy. Most clients feel the difference inside the first two.
Do I need Google Workspace?
The system is built on Google Workspace. If you're there, you're ready. If you're somewhere else today, contact us and we'll help you get set up first.
How much of my time does it take?
A 60-minute walkthrough in week two, a 45-minute refinement call in week four, and normal day-to-day use in between. The heavy lifting is ours.
What happens to my data?
It stays inside your own Google account. Access is limited to what the system needs, and you can revoke it at any time.
What does it automate?

Is there an ongoing fee?
The Core Install is a one-time installation. You own the system from handover day. For operators who want us to stay on past handover, the Healthy System plan keeps your install sharp: we monitor your system's health, teach it new vendors as your business grows, repair anything that breaks before it slows you down, and keep you among the first to hear about the AI advancements that matter to Canadian operators. Founders' launch pricing is $99/month when billed annually, or $109 billed monthly.
